legal advisory & Governance for junior explorers
Hardies Lawyers provides practical, commercially-focused legal advice tailored to the specific needs of junior explorers that are listed, or intend to list, on ASX.
As a junior explorer, you face a unique challenge. You need a sophisticated legal and governance structure, but you must remain lean and agile. Traditional corporate law firms aren't built for that speed.
We saw a gap in the market, so we built Hardies Lawyers.
We work with founders, senior executives, and boards in the mining and resources sector to help navigate the complex regulatory maze of capital raising and compliance

Why Hardies Lawyers?
We don't look or act like a traditional corporate law firm. We are purpose-built for the dynamic junior resources market.
Deep mining and resources expertise
With over 20 years' experience in the mining industry, we understand commodity price cycles and the unique challenges they pose for junior explorers
Commercial focus, practical approach
All of our senior lawyers have in-house legal experience with ASX-listed companies, so we know you value practical, commercial advice over abstract legal theories
Top-tier rigour, boutique agility
Niche by nature yet big on results, we combine the intellectual rigour of a top-tier law firm with the speed and agility of a boutique partner
